She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold McAlister and Freda McAlister (Good); and her siblings, Francis McAlister, Arthur McAlister, Ruthie McAlister, John McAlister, Sam McAlister, Gail Comer, Jim McAlister, Willie McAlister, Arlena McLean and Mitchell McAlister.
She is survived by: her husband James C. "Pete" Comer; her son Brad Comer of Shenandoah; her brother Joe McAlister (Carol Ann) of Shenandoah; and her grandchildren, Hailey and Aidan. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and special friends.
