We are sad to announce that on July 14, 2022, at the age of 93, Billie Ann Burns Rinaca of Shenandoah, Virginia, born in Stanley, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Elmer M. Burns; her husband Unis S. "Jack" Rinaca; and her sister Yildise "Becky" Painter (Myron Painter). She is survived by: her children, Gregory S. Rinaca (Christina Wycoff) of Broadway, VA, Robin Rinaca Covatta of Accomac, VA and Jill M. Rinaca of Weyers Cave, VA; her granddaughters, Anna S. Covatta of Brooklyn, NY and Danielle Covatta Riva (Nicholas C. Riva) of Ipswich, MA; her great grandchild Nicholas Riva; and her brother-in-law Edward H. Rinaca (Joanne M. Rinaca) of Chester, VA. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
