She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Ruffner and Roberta Ruffner. She is survived by: her husband David S. Thompson; her daughter Robin Deanne Good of Rileyville; her granddaughters, Hali Emmons of Stanley and Andrea Good-Brown of Rileyville; her great grandchild Callan Willow-Jane Pettit; her sisters, Joan Shovar and Donna Miller; her niece Jan Dempsey; her nephew Joel Miller; and her great-nephew Alex Dempsey of Luray.
