He is survived by: his parents, Paul E. Shifflett and Ruby Dofflemyer Shifflett of Elkton; his daughter Ashley Nicole Shifflett of Shenandoah; and his sisters, Penny Knott (Dave) of Elkton, Pam Hensley (David) of Elkton and Amy Morris (Larry) of Elkton.
