She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Musselman and Mary Musselman. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Ernest Tipton; her children, Stephanie Tucker, Jacob Tucker, Kaytlan Tucker, Reginia Tipton, Kayle Pratt, Tamera Pratt and William Pratt; and her siblings, Donald McNeil, Nancy Martin and Wanda McNeil.
