He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Dull; his brothers, Ray Tinker Campbell and Jamie Dull; his nieces, Cindy Trimbler and Janet Trimbler; his granddaughter Chloe Rose Dull; his stepdaughters, Tine Snider and April Michelle; his stepgrandchildren, Recca Dickerson, Chris Dickerson, Renesmay Burkey and Xavier Burkey; his sister-in-law Janice Loving; his son-in-law Mike Sage; and his nephew Curtis Loving.
