She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Wells and Maude Wells; her siblings, William Wells (Buddy) and Martha Wells Carper (Janabee); and her grandson Bryan Woolwine.
She is survived by: her husband Leroy Woolwine; her children, Cindy Crockett (Russ), Chuck Woolwine (Karen) and Tim Woolwine (Robin); her grandchildren, Andy, Cody Woolwine, Dawn and Ryleigh Woolwine; and her siblings, Donna Ratcliff, JoEllen McDaniel of Shawsville and James Wells (Piggy) of Ironto.
