He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Charlie Woolwine and Kathleen Woolwine; his brothers, Donald and Mike Woolwine; and his grandson Bryan Woolwine.
He is survived by: his brother Luther Woolwine (Blondene); his children, Cynthia Crockett (Russell), Charles Woolwine (Karen) and Timothy Woolwine (Tim); his grandchildren, Angela Dawn, Cody, Andrew and Ryleigh Woolwine; and his great grandchild Lane Dehaven Woolwine. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters-in-law.
