He was predeceased by: his wife Vera Lester Lilly; his parents, Toy Lilly and Neta Lilly; his siblings, Lando Lilly, Bill Lilly, Samuel Lilly and Annie Gieger; and his great grandchild Marlee Lilly.
He is survived by: his children, Jackie 'Lee Lilly II (Wendy), Shelia Ollis and Nickie Hurst (Rodney); his grandchildren, Jay Lilly, Amber Turpin, Austin Lilly, Justin Lilly, Jenna Ollis, Phillip Ollis, Jeanna Hurst and Bubba Hurst; and his siblings, James Lilly, Don Lilly, Dewey Lilly and Donna Knight. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
