He was predeceased by: his parents, Tony Cielinski and Lottie Cielinski; and his daughters, Dawn, Carrie and Jill Cielinski.
He is survived by: his children, Kim Short (Jean), Wendy Lilly (Lee) and Mike Cielinski (Derek); his stepdaughter Krystyn; and his grandchildren, Melissa, Aric, Steve, Jay, Austin, Amber, Justin and Ethan. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
In lieu to flowers family requests donations be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
