He was predeceased by: his mother Clytie Ora Hurst. He is survived by: his wife Roberta Hurst; his children, Donna Sue Hurst, Patricia Hurst Forren (Glen) and Dennie Rae Hurst (Khristi); and his sisters, Lillie Mae Howard (Marvin) and Phyllis Agee (Ralph). He is also survived by six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.
