He was predeceased by: his parents, Priscilla J. and Glenn C. Hall, Sr.; his son-in-law Eddie Davis; his granddaughter Jessica Davis; and his siblings, Ottie Hall, Thelma Davis and Mary Ellen Bryson.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia R. Hall; his children, Priscilla, Cecil R. Hall, Jr. (Rhonda), Valerie Routt (Jeff) and Sandy Davis (Dale); his siblings, Betty Lou Hendricks, Elmer Hall and Glenn Hall, Jr.; and his sister-in-law Edith Hall. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; several step grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Carilion Hospice of the New River Valley.
