She was predeceased by: her daughter Cynthia Ann Sullivan; her parents, Randolph Woolard and Helen Lee Mothershead Woolard; and her brother Norman Carlie Woolard. She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Becky, Thom Davis, Carlie, Noel Woolard, Linda Lewis, Jean White and Deborah Gordon; and her sister-in-law Hazel Johnson.
