He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Marcus Scott; and his father-in-law Melvin Jacks. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Jacks Hurley; his son Mason Hurley; his parents, Shawn Hurley and Darlene Hurley; his siblings, Rebekah Scott and Justin "Jug" Hurley (Cassie); his mother-in-law Linda Jacks; his sister-in-law Jennifer Milby (John); and his nieces and nephews, Sheldon, Kaleb (Elaynah), Asia and Clover.
