It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kelly Kyle Bailey of Shacklefords, Virginia, who passed away on October 7, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Kyle and Margaret Kyle; and her mother-in-law Shirley Boyer. She is survived by: her husband Rusty Bailey; her children, Anita Bailey (Bridget Weir) and Jason Bailey (Caitlin); her grandsons, George and Charlie Bailey; her brother Ray Kyle (Brenda); her niece Casey Kyle; her nephews, Joey Justice and Kevin Kyle; her close friend Terry Milby; and her pets, Loki and Thor.
