He was predeceased by: his parents, Maggie Lawson Braxton and Warren Sutherlin; and his brothers, John, Larry and Stanley.
He is survived by: his son Keith Alexander Braxton; his grandsons, Antwone Ross, Terrance and Terrell; his wife Anna Boyd Braxton; his sons, Antwone Ross (Karen) of Chesapeake, Terrance Braxton (Tinia) of West Point and Terrell Braxton of Orlando, Florida; his grandchildren, Kaden Ross, Tyzaiah Braxton and Kamiyah Ross; his siblings, Vance Braxton of Shacklefords, Gregory Braxton of Williamsburg, Kelvin Braxton (Adrianne) of Clarksville, Calvin Sutherlin, Warren Sutherlin (Queen) of New Kent, Virginia, Delores Bluford (David) of West Point and Maxine White of Williamsburg, Virginia; his siblings-in-law, John Boyd (Velvet) of Gloucester, Virginia, Jackie Boyd of Middlesex and Gretchen King (Bobby) of Macon, Georgia; and his great-aunt Margaret "Margo" McCullough of Gressit. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
