He was predeceased by: his mother Peggy Scharf. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Scharf; his children, Savannah Dominguez (David), Katy Hedrick (Cecil) and Patrick Winger (Tina); his father James Scharf, Jr.; his grandchildren, Kaelyn and Mason; and his siblings, Stacey Coyne, Amy Page and Jeffery Scharf. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
