She was predeceased by: her father Walter Neal. She is survived by: her mother Pearline Wise; her son Brandon A. Wise; her sister E. Inez Quarles (Michael); her aunts and uncles, Linda Edwards Kalie Jr., Cynthia Wise, Alice, Josephine Neal, Ulysses Wise (Viola), Cornelius Wise (Vernell), Andy Neal (Grace) and Frank Quarles; her cousin Melinda Outlaw (Robert); her nieces, Stacy Quarles and Veronica Kenner (Jamal); and her nephew Jaron Kenner. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
After creating the First Baptist Hockley Facebook page, COVID closed the doors of the church, but with the help of Cynthia through her faith in God, the sermons continued to be heard in homes via Facebook locally and nationally.
