She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert O. Bradshaw and Daphine W. Bradshaw; and her siblings, Ellen Gayle Bradshaw and Robert Wayne Bradshaw. She is survived by: her husband Sedric F. Lowe; her children, Gayle L. Gray (Doug) and Robert Sedric "Bob" Lowe (Trisia); her grandchildren, Kimberly G. Bratton (Brian), James Robert "Bobby" Lowe (Crystal), Kelly G. Joyner (Brian) and Rebecca L. Geary (Shawn); her great grandchildren, Leah C. Geary and Olivia G. Lowe; her siblings, Betty B. Galloway, David W. Bradshaw and Gary N. Bradshaw; and her sister-in-law Thelma L. Raiford. She is also survived by 19 nieces and nephews.
