He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Arthur "Pop" Felts and Margaret Tomlin "Granny" Felts; and his sister Janette Felts Lowe. He is survived by: his wife Anita Turner Felts; his sons, Chris Felts and Travis Felts (Vicki); his brother David R. Felts (Cathy); his grandchildren, Shelby Cook (Matthew), Scott Felts, Boyd Felts, Layne Felts and Ford Felts; and his pet Parker.
The family will receive friends in the funeral home one hour prior to the service and suggests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
