He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Norfleet Bulls, Sr. and Minnie Stieh Bulls; his son Jeffrey Douglas Bulls; his brother E. N. Bulls, Jr. (Kathleen); his daughter-in-law Robin H. Bulls; his sister-in-law Madeline Bulls; and his grandson Troy Stephens.
He is survived by: his wife Irene Blythe Bulls; his children, Renae "Hunt" Hewett (Chris), Robin B. Stephens (Irvin) and James Alton "Al" Bulls, Jr. (Betty); his siblings, Nancy Pfeiffer (Leroy), Sue D. Early (Milton), Dr. Bob Bulls, Jack Bulls (Judy), Gene Bulls and Hugh Bulls; his grandchildren, Allie (Robert), Faith (Lee), Jordan, Jamie (Mystee), Trey (Destinee), Corey (Sarah) and Shaia; and his great grandchildren, Waverly, Addee and Carter Anne.
The family suggests that memorial donations be made to Sedley Fire Department or Como Ruritan Club.
