It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven L. Ramirez of Seaford, Virginia, born in Rochester, Minnesota, who passed away on October 10, 2021, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Theresa; his children, Jonathan, Steven (Jennifer), Brandon, Taylor and Alaina; his parents, Renato "Ray" and Elaine Ramirez; his siblings, Ray Ramirez (Vicky), John Ramirez (Dana), Jill Lanois (Al), Cindy Miller (David) and Julie Hawkins (Joel); his mother-in-law Patricia Blanchard; and his siblings-in-law, Charlie Blanchard (Jenny) and Stephanie Tench (Patrick). He is also survived by 17 nephews and 6 nieces.
