It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Spilman Rawls (Seaford, Virginia), born in Alexandria, Virginia, who passed away on May 5, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, N. Ralph Spilman and Mattie Reeves; her daughter Mona; and her husband Jesse Raymond. She is survived by: her family Shirley; her son Richard (Johanna); her grandchildren, Leslie Hoglund (Todd), Kevin Rawls (Mae Li) and Christi Wilson (Brian); her great grandchildren, Quentin, Jasmine, Joel, Elise, Claire, Avery, Riley and Miles; her sister Norma Martin of Spring, TX.; and also Zweibrücken (Germany).
Donations may be made to Seaford Baptist Church in her memory.
