He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Forrest and Marie Forrest; his brother Raymond Spencer Forrest; and his grandson Jordan Tyler Forrest. He is survived by: his children, Marshall Burcher Forrest, Jr. (Mark) and Marcia Beth Forrest; his grandchildren, Brittney Chappell (Glenn), Blaire Liggett (Brett), Franklin Chappell, Madeline Chappell, Forrest Chappell, Brycen Willis, Ethan Liggett, Logan Liggett and Hudson Liggett; his siblings, Carleton Forrest, Jackie Robinson and Mary Virginia Boyd (Richard); and his close friends, Bruce and Dickie.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Zion United Methodist Church (2109 Seaford Rd, Seaford, VA 23696). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
