With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judy Howell in Seaford, Virginia, who passed away on September 10, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Smith and Curtis Smith; her husband Everett Howell; and her brothers, Thomas Smith, William Smith and Michael Smith.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Abby, Solomon and Owin; her daughters, Nikki Norton and Scarlett Sullivan; and her brother Allen Smith. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
