He was predeceased by: his son Kevin Clark Blanchard. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Blanchard; his children, Theresa Leora Ramirez (Steve) and Charles Patrick Blanchard (Jenny); and his grandchildren, Jonathan, Steven, Brandon, Taylor, Alaina Ramirez, Andy, Josh and Robbie Blanchard.
