He was predeceased by: his children, George Arnder and Juanita Keatts. He is survived by: his spouse Myrtle Arnder Riggins; and his children, Darlene Athey (Tommy) of Seaford, Kathy Crisp (Steve) of Seaford, Pamela Platel of Arizona, Virgil Riggins of Seaford and Robert Arnder (Bob) of Mexico. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
