He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Sr. DeChristopher and Mary Ellen DeChristopher; his sisters, Laura Huggett and Carole McCullough; his sister-in-law Pat Sparrer; and his pet Ginny.
He is survived by: his wife Edna DeChristopher; his daughter Katie DeChristopher (Christopher Adleson); his sisters, Elizabeth Grieb (David) and Holly Smith (Michael); and his close friends, Mitch, Susan Wauhop, Lisa, Makensie Miller, Diane, Dave Hunt, Mark, Jenny Williamson, Mike, Holly, Allison and Tyler Sparrer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Al's life will take place at Zion United Methodist Church in Seaford on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at 1:00 p. m. Masks are requested.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests any donations be made to the Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery Fund or the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.
