He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Spradlin Shifflett and William Fred Shifflett. He is survived by: his fiancée Carol Crowley; his children, Kimberly Shifflett and Tim Shifflett (Megan); his grandsons, Henry, Tyler and Dylan; his siblings, Wayne Shifflett (Becky), Arlene Apperson (Mike), Judy Garrett (Wes Harris) and Debra Reed (David); and his goddaughter Lorie Bostian. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
