He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Edward Besecker and Sara Louise Besecker; his wife Kathy Delores Napier Besecker; his niece Misty Chanel Besecker; his nephew Johnathan Lee "Jonny" Besecker; his brother-in-law William Kidd; and his cousin Phyllis Halsey.
He is survived by: his son Steven Chad Besecker; his grandchildren, Jeromie Ray Voyles Jr. and Alex Craig Besecker (Chelsea Belew); his great grandchildren, Spirit Belew and Hunter Matthew Besecker; and his siblings, Norma Haislip, Martha (Larry Mitchell), Arthur (Sandy Besecker), Cindy Kidd, Tammy Besecker (Johnson), Ginny (Mike Fields), Lori (Dale Critzer), Dawn (Joe Wright) and Shawn (Gabby Besecker). He is also survived by 24 nieces and nephews, 47 great nieces and nephews, 2 great-great nieces and nephews, and many close friends.
