We are sad to announce that on August 31, 2023, at the age of 82, Roy Howard Haislip of Scottsville, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Merritt and Blanche Haislip (Drumheller); and his son Jeffrey Howard Haislip. He is survived by: his wife Connie Glass Haislip; his children, Travis C. Haislip (Kristi) and Bethany H. Hamner (Willie); his sister Lillian Irene Morris of Charlottesville; his grandchildren, Brian Haislip (Madalyn), Riley Haislip (Brittney), Blake Haislip (Sarah), Caroline Yancey (Ethan), MariKaye Hamner and Will Hamner; his great grandchildren, Annie May Haislip, Everett Clark Haislip and Lucy Jane Haislip; his aunt Belle A. Ware of Maidens, VA; and his cousins, May Lythgoe and Larry Haislip. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
