We bid farewell to Noreen Caskey Wilbourn (Scottsville, Virginia), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 12, 2025 at the age of 93. Noreen touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Silas Franklin and Lucille Parker Caskey; her husband Richard Lee Wilbourn; and her sister Silene C. Boykins. She is survived by: her sons, Russell Lewis, Bryan Lyn and Timothy Lane; her sisters, Sallie C. Blosser and Marsha C. Wellons; and her grandchildren, Timothy Lee Wilbourn and Casey Lynne Wilbourn.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Scottsville United Methodist Church (158 Main St, Scottsville, VA 24590). A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
