She was predeceased by: her parents, David Edward and Gladys Viola Clifton (Miller); her husband Manning Berry Harrell; her daughter Cynthia Wilkinson; her great grandchild Randy Byrd Brooks; her siblings, Maurice Clifton and Margie Peebles; and her son-in-law Phil Bass.
She is survived by: her daughter Constance Bass; her grandsons, Brian Ragland (Marie), Kevin Ragland (Tracy), Scott Dorrier (Rachelle) and Travis Dorrier (Sherry); her great grandchildren, Willow (Chad), Katelyn, Bailey, Nicholas, Jordan, Ben and Andrew; and her great great grandchildren, Randi, Sophia and Rowan.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Centenary Church (12247 S Constitution Route, Scottsville, VA 24590). A graveside service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to Bethlehem Baptist Church, PO Box 66, Dillwyn, VA 23936.
