He is survived by: his wife Linda Jeanne King Harlow; his brothers, Wayne Henley Harlow and Howard David Harlow; his niece Abigail Lynn Harlow; his nephew David Chesley Harlow; and his siblings-in-law, Kristie Herring, Angela Walton and Carlton King.
