He is survived by: his spouse Carolyn Fitzgerald Collins of Scottsville; his sons, Bradley Scott Collins of Staunton and John Travis Collins of Scottsville; his siblings, Kenneth Collins (Vicky) of Maryland, Joyce Glover (Henry) of Crozet, Connie Bryant of Scottsville, Janet Bramble of Maryland and Tina Wilson (Randy) of Maryland; and his grandchildren, Rebecca Shope, Chase and Angel Collins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other extended family members and friends.
