With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jesse B. Grove III (Scottsville, Virginia), born in Richmond, Virginia, who passed away on August 10, 2019 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse B. Grove, Jr. and Jacqueline Beal Grove; and his son Christian Grove. He is survived by: his wife Leanne; his children, Barry Grove (Denise), Ted Grove (Toni), Vanya Grove and Kate Grove Bucsi (Ryan); his sister Sally Chapin (Chuck); his grandchildren, Jesse, Julia and Sofia; and his daughter Norah Elliot Crawford. He is also survived by cousins and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Scottsville Museum, P. O. Box 101, Scottsville, VA 24590.
