He is survived by: his wife Betty Ramsey; his children, Edward "Ty", Kara Louise Ramsey (Ted) of Waynesboro and Kim Ramsey of Ruckersville; his grandchildren, Sydney Levine (Dylan), Sara-Elizabeth Faulkner (Zack) and Ann-Marie Gibson (James Dean); his stepson David C. Wallace (Elizabeth); his siblings, Margaret Altman (Toney), Lena Lawhorn (Cecil), Roger Ramsey (Hollie), Ray Ramsey (Mary), Linda Grub (Kenny) and Marshall Ramsey (Stephanie); and his aunt Ruth Gwaltney. He is also survived by several step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
