He was predeceased by: his parent Willie Boyd; and his sister Willie Christine Catlett. He is survived by: his parent Elsie Christine Catlett (Munday); his spouse Nancy Catlett (Taylor) of Scottsville; his sons, James David "Jay" Catlett (Tracy) of Scottsville and Jarrett Catlett (Vickie) of Scottsville; his grandchildren, Morgan Catlett, Walker Catlett and Bryston Catlett; his sister-in-law Pat Johnson (Elwood) of Charlottesville; and his nephew Steve Johnson (Pam).
