He was predeceased by: his parent Carroll Irvin Lowry. He is survived by: his mother Mary Jane Powell; his stepfather James Thacker of Scottsville; his siblings, David (Vickie) of Charlottesville, Debbie (Andy) of Charlottesville and Donnie (Delores) of Scottsville; his nieces and nephews, Laci and Katie Lowry; and his pet Bella. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Monticello Memory Gardens (670 Thomas Jefferson Pkwy, Charlottesville, VA 22902).
