She is survived by: her daughter Terry Baker Bryan; her son-in-law Ricky Bryan; her daughter Karen Baker Clore; her son-in-law Richard Clore; her son Chuck Baker; her daughter-in-law Debbie Scruggs Baker; her siblings, Alice Haislip Bolling, William A. Haislip (Bill) and Karlen Haislip Layne; her grandchildren, Stacy Bryan Butler (Matthew), Nikki Bryan Boisseau (Michael), Jennifer Bryan Janson (Ryan), Ryan Clore (Jenny), Katy Clore Wilkerson, Kevin Clore, Amanda Baker Underwood (Grant), Kelly Baker Olson (Erik), Chad Baker and Zack Baker; and her siblings, Margaret Haislip Digges, Florence Haislip Melton, Ed Haislip, Janice Haislip Thacker, Effie Haislip Kirby, Roy Haislip, Elsie Haislip Searcy, Cecil Haislip, Gerald Haislip, Rennie Haislip Jr., Mary Haislip Collins and Dorothy Haislip Pollard. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In remembrance of Frances, the family suggests that contributions be made to Hospice of Piedmont or to the cemetery funds of Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church or Antioch Baptist Church.
