He is survived by: his significant other Charlotte; his daughters, Angie Phillips (Tom) and Christi Thacker (Boddy); his grandchildren, Trevor, Tori and Destini; his great grandchildren, Beau, Hayden and Conner; his close friend Amber; and also Steven. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his honor to the Lake Monticello Youth Golf Foundation at 51 Bunker Blvd. Palmyra, VA 22963, with a notation in the memo line.
