She was predeceased by: her parents, George M. Bryant and Eunice W. Bryant; and her siblings, Peggy Shifflett, Betty Wooten, Robert "Bob" Bryant, William "Billy" Bryant and James "Jimmy" Bryant.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kristy Hoover (Glenn Spradlin) and Shyanne Stewart of Woodridge; her adoptive daughter Angel Garr Shifflett of Earlysville; her son Gregory Monroe; her grandchildren, Dani, Austin Hoover, Aleighia Herndon, Ashton Harlow Jeyce and Addie Shifflett; her siblings, Harry Bryant (Gail), Donald Watson (Ann), Charles Bryant, Sally Emma Bryant and Jacqueline Moses; her close friends, Barbara Napier Colvin, Gloria Langley and Linda McCauley; her niece Janie Zimmerman; and her son-in-law Billy Hoover. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Masks continue to be required at all services for those who have not been fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
