He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Mayo and Preston Branham; and his aunt Peggy Mayo. He is survived by: his sons, Damion Mayo of Fluvanna and Austin May of Roanoke; his sister Ashley Branham of Fluvanna; his uncles, James "Buddy" Mayo (Penny) of Buckingham, Robert Mayo (Kathy) of Palmyra, Edward Mayo (Debbie) of Troy and Eddie Branham (Jean) of Lynchburg; his cousins, James McDaniel, Josh and John Mayo; and his wife Rachel Mayo. He is also survived by numerous great-aunts, great-uncles, and cousins.
