He is survived by: his mother Evelyn Allen Cook; his siblings, Kenneth Michael Cook of Powhatan, Douglas Lee Cook of Scottsville and Karen Cook Mitchell of Powhatan; his family, Jason and Sharonda Foley; his fiancé Shelby Morris; and also, Abigail and Lillian. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many friends.
