She was predeceased by: her husband James Herring (Jack). She is survived by: her children, Wayne Herring (Carol), Marie Sours (Wayne), Diane McKenney, Joyce Majors (Mick), Gaylen Garrett (Dave), Bruce Herring (Kate) and Keith Herring (Anna); her niece Eva Collier; and her close friend Edna Armistead. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
