Wilmouth of Scottsburg, Tracey C. Powell (Kevin) of Scottsburg and Bobbie W. Goodman (Jason) of Rustburg; his grandchildren, Roy Nicholas "Nick" Puckett, Leah P. Cole (Chase), Corrie Dean Conner (Christina Gravitt), Lorrie Ann Conner (Nick Lewis), Katie Aileen Conner, Alyssa Page Goodman and Beckett Thomas Goodman; his great grandchildren, Gunnar Wayne Puckett and John Tyler "JT" Cole; and his sister Helen "Faye" Suddarth of Scottsburg. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
