He is survived by: his sons, Nathaniel H Eubanks Jr. (Emilia), Harry Lee Eubanks (Barbara) and Kenneth N Eubanks (Jeannie); his adoptive son Carson Warner (Lorraine); his siblings, Jack Eubanks (Waltine), Fred Eubanks (Connie), Edith Allen, Ethel Moore (Chris), Angeline Jackson, Barbara Ann Allen, Evelyn Carey (Orlando) and Debra Eubanks; his sister-in-law Heidi Eubanks; his grandchildren, Harry Roberts, Eugene Roberts, D'Angeleo Brown, Nakesha White, Davonte Eubanks, Montez Eubanks, Scott Eubanks and Michelle Warner; his cousins, Ruby Morse and Myrtle Agee; his niece Frances Lee; and his friend Natashia Brown. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
