She was predeceased by: her father Sammie Duffey; and her brother Dale. She is survived by: her husband John R. Palmer; her mother Doris L. Duffey; her siblings, Pat Nichols (Kenny), Bobby (Peggy), David and Scottie (Lisa); and her child Brooke Pulliam.
