He was predeceased by: his father Michael James O'Neill; his wife Miriam Lopez O'Neill; and his daughters, Colleen G. O'Neill Watson and Eileen O'Neill Brewer. He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Broesder (Larry) of Stillwater, Darleen Gero (John) of Warren and Robert M. O'Neill (Roxeanne) of Bayville. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
