He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Napier and Virginia W. Napier; and his daughter Janet Napier. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his children, Debbie Ayers Ricky, Tina Murray David, Bobby Napier Melinda and Michael Napier Terra; and his siblings, Floyd Napier and Mary Duffie Wayne. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
